General Terms and Conditions

General

• These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of limousine rental services by AG Mobility ("the Company") to its clients ("the Client").
• All quoted prices are in EUR, inclusive of VAT. The price encompasses the hire of the vehicle, driver services, fuel costs, and comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Clients are responsible for any damages to the vehicle caused by them or their party during the hire period.
• In the event of a vehicle breakdown during service, the Company commits to providing a substitute vehicle of equivalent standard without additional charge.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation the following fees apply:

• Cancellations over 29 days prior to departure incur a fee of 10% of the total price.
• Cancellations within 29 days to departure incur a fee of 25% of the total price
• Cancellations within 10 days to departure incur a fee of 50% of the total price.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of departure are charged at 100% of the total price.

Liability

• The Company holds liability for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence by itself, its agents, or subcontractors.
• For damages arising from simple negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties.

Service Delays

Delays due to unforeseen events such as severe weather conditions, strikes, etc., may occur and are subject to acceptance by the Client.

Trip termination

The Company is not liable for the termination of services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to acts of nature, governmental actions, epidemics, and industrial actions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The contractual relationship is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
