Chauffeurs, vehicles, insurance and data: what we do so you can stop thinking about the drive
Every trip with us is driven by a selected and trained chauffeur in a maintained Mercedes-Benz, with comprehensive insurance included in the price. If a vehicle breaks down, a replacement of the same standard comes at no extra cost. Children travel in the right child seat, free of charge. And what happens in the car stays there: booking data is handled under the GDPR and we do not share who travels with us.

Chauffeur selection and training
We hire chauffeurs only after a careful selection process and we run regular training on VIP etiquette and service. Chauffeurs driving the Sprinter hold the bus driving licence required for vehicles with more than eight passenger seats.
On the road that means calm, predictable driving. No rushing to make up time, no phone in hand, and a route chosen for comfort as much as speed.

Vehicle maintenance
Our fleet is three Mercedes-Benz models: S-Class, V-Class and Sprinter. Each vehicle follows a strict maintenance routine so it is always in top shape, and it is checked and cleaned before it goes out.
In the rare case of a breakdown during a booking, we send a replacement vehicle of the same standard without extra charge.

Operations
Flight tracking and 24/7 dispatch
For every airport pick-up we follow the flight live and adjust the pick-up time to the real landing. Our office is reachable 24 hours a day by phone (+31 202 613 789) and WhatsApp, so if plans change at 2 a.m. there is someone to tell.
Privacy
Discretion and data protection
We do not share passenger names, routes or conversations. Name signs can show a company name or code word. Booking data is used only to carry out the trip and is handled under the GDPR; details in our privacy policy.

Safety questions
Are your vehicles insured for passenger transport?
Yes. Our prices include comprehensive insurance for the vehicle and the passengers we carry.
What happens if the car breaks down?
We send a replacement vehicle of the same standard at no extra cost. This is part of our terms and conditions.
Do children need a child seat?
Yes, Dutch law requires a suitable child seat for children shorter than 1.35 m. We fit child seats and boosters free of charge if you tell us the ages when booking.
Do you share passenger details?
No. Booking data is only used to carry out the trip and is handled under the GDPR, as set out in our privacy policy.
