The service

How a Schiphol transfer works with us

Schiphol has one terminal building. All arrival halls open into Schiphol Plaza, and that is where the airport's official Meeting Point is: the large red and white chequered cube. Your chauffeur stands there with a sign showing your name, or a company name if you prefer to stay discreet.

We need your flight number, not your landing time. The chauffeur checks the flight before leaving and again on the way, so an early landing or a two-hour delay costs you nothing. The 60 minutes of free waiting start when the plane is on the ground, which is usually enough for passport control and baggage. Non-Schengen flights at busy times can take longer. If you are stuck at passport control, send a WhatsApp and the chauffeur waits.

The car is parked in the short-stay car park next to the terminal, a few minutes' walk from the Meeting Point. Parking is in the price. From there it is 20 km to the city centre via the A4 and A10, or 11 km to Zuidas.

For departures we pick you up at your hotel or home and drop you at the departures hall. For most European flights we plan to be at Schiphol two hours before departure, three hours for long-haul flights. Schiphol queues in summer are long, so we will suggest an earlier time if it is a peak day.

How it works

1. Book with your flight number

   Send the flight number, the address, the number of passengers and suitcases. You get a fixed price and the vehicle by email.

2. We track the flight

   On the day we follow your flight live. If it lands early or late, the chauffeur adjusts. No extra charge.

3. Meet at Schiphol Plaza

   After customs, walk to the Meeting Point in Schiphol Plaza. Your chauffeur is there with your name, and takes the luggage.

4. Drive to your address

   Hotel, home or office anywhere in the Netherlands. Wi-Fi and phone charging in the car.
