The service

What a business booking looks like

Most of our business work is in and around Zuidas, the office district on the south side of the A10. The WTC on Strawinskylaan, the towers around Gustav Mahlerplein and the law and finance firms along the Claude Debussylaan are all within a few minutes of each other. RAI Amsterdam is just east of Zuidas, on the Europaplein. From Schiphol it is 11 km to Zuidas, about 15–20 min outside rush hour.

Discretion is mostly a matter of habits. The chauffeur does not discuss who was in the car. The sign at the airport can show only a company name or a reference. Phone calls in the back stay in the back. If you want silence, there is no small talk and the radio is off. If you need to finish a slide deck, the Wi-Fi is on and the rear seat has room to open a laptop.

For companies we keep the admin simple. One contact person can book for colleagues and guests, each ride gets a reference such as a project code or cost centre, and companies can ask for monthly invoicing. Every invoice shows the 9% VAT separately.

• Board meetings: pick-up at the hotel, drop at the entrance in Zuidas, the car waits or returns at the agreed time.
• Congress days at the RAI: hotel to RAI in the morning, dinner in the city in the evening, back to the hotel.
• Visiting delegations: a V-Class for up to seven, or a Sprinter for up to sixteen.
• Out-of-town meetings: The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht, or a roadshow through several cities in one day.

Step by step

How it works

1. Send the schedule

   Names, flight numbers, meeting addresses and times. A PA or office manager can book for the whole team.

2. Receive a fixed quote

   Transfer prices or an hourly rate, VAT shown separately, with the vehicle named.

3. On the day

   The chauffeur arrives early, follows the flights, and keeps in touch with you or the assistant by phone or WhatsApp.

4. One invoice

   Pay per ride, or ask for a monthly invoice with references per trip.

Business chauffeur prices

Prices are per car and include fuel and VAT. 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free at Schiphol, and 15 minutes at hotels and offices on transfers. Extra waiting on a transfer is €25 per started 15 minutes.
