The service

How private flight transfers work

Private and business flights at Schiphol do not use the main terminal and Schiphol Plaza. They are handled in the general aviation area at Schiphol-Oost, on the east side of the airport. For the chauffeur that means a different address, a different approach road and a different routine. The exact place where the car waits, and whether it can come close to the aircraft, depends on the handling agent your operator uses. We follow their procedure. We do not make promises about airside access that only the handler can give.

What we need from you is short: the tail number or flight reference, the estimated time of arrival, the name of the handling agent and a contact for the crew or the flight department. With that, the chauffeur confirms the arrival with the handler, checks the slot again before leaving and adjusts if the aircraft is early or late. 60 minutes of waiting after landing are free, the same as for scheduled flights.

Rotterdam The Hague Airport is often the easier choice for passengers with meetings in The Hague or Rotterdam. It is about 20 minutes from central The Hague and closer still to Rotterdam. Lelystad Airport is a fit for some business aviation and for passengers heading east, towards Flevoland, Utrecht province or Germany.

Departures work the other way round. We pick up at the hotel, home or office, and drop at the general aviation building at the time the crew asks for. If the flight is delayed, the chauffeur waits with you or drives you back to the hotel, booked by the hour.

How it works

1. Send the flight details

   Airport, tail number or flight reference, ETA, handling agent, number of passengers and bags.

2. We confirm with the handler

   The chauffeur checks the meeting point and procedure with the handling agent and, if needed, with the crew.

3. Meet at general aviation

   Passengers are handed over according to the handling agent's procedure. The chauffeur loads the luggage.

4. Drive to the address

   Hotel, office or home anywhere in the Netherlands. Wi-Fi in the car.

Private jet transfer prices

Transfers from Schiphol East are quoted from our Schiphol rates. In an S-Class that is from €135 to the city centre, €115 to Zuidas and €215 to The Hague. Rotterdam The Hague Airport and Lelystad Airport are quoted per trip. For a full day on the ground, hourly hire starts at €95 per hour in an S-Class.
