Wedding car with chauffeur in Amsterdam

A black Mercedes S-Class for the two of you, and a minibus so your guests get to the party and home again

For weddings we send a black Mercedes-Benz S-Class with chauffeur for the couple, and a Mercedes Sprinter for up to 16 guests or a V-Class for up to 7. The S-Class costs €95 per hour with a 3-hour minimum, so a short booking is €285. The Sprinter is €140 per hour (minimum 3 hours). Most couples book the car from the getting-ready address to the ceremony at Amsterdam City Hall or a venue outside the city, with a photo stop on the way. We drive weddings on every day of the week, with no night surcharge.

The service

How a wedding day with us usually runs

Many Amsterdam weddings start at City Hall, the Stopera at Amstel 1, where the civil ceremony takes place. It sits on the Amstel next to the Waterlooplein, a short drive from most hotels in the centre. The chauffeur drops you at the entrance and waits nearby. After the ceremony there is a classic photo route: the Magere Brug a few minutes' walk along the Amstel, the canals around the Reguliersgracht, or the Museumplein. The car follows the photographer, so you do not have to walk in your wedding shoes.

Plenty of couples marry outside the city: a country estate near Haarlem, a farm in Waterland, a beach pavilion in Zandvoort or Bloemendaal, a venue in Het Gooi. That is where a guest bus matters. A Sprinter collects up to 16 guests at their hotel, brings them to the ceremony, and takes them back late at night. Nobody has to drive, and nobody has to look for a taxi at 01:00 in a field near Broek in Waterland.

About decorations: we do not put anything on the car unless we have agreed it with you beforehand. If you want ribbons or a small flower arrangement, tell us when you book. Flowers from your own florist are welcome too, as long as they can be fixed without damaging the paint.

Our fleet is three Mercedes models, and we do not hire in other cars. If you are looking for a white stretch limousine or a vintage car, we are not the right company. If you want a quiet, black S-Class that arrives on time and a bus that gets your guests home, we are.

How it works

Share the day plan
Addresses, ceremony time, venue, number of guests and any photo stops you have in mind.
Choose the cars
S-Class for the couple, plus a V-Class or Sprinter for family and guests if needed. You get a fixed price.
Final check the week before
We go through the timing with you or your wedding planner and confirm the chauffeur's name and phone number.
On the day
The chauffeur arrives early, follows the plan and stays in touch with the planner or the best man.

Real situations

When clients book it

City Hall and a canal-side dinner

Pick-up at a hotel on the Herengracht at 10:15, ceremony at the Stopera at 11:00, photos at the Magere Brug, lunch at 13:30. Three hours in the S-Class.

Country venue near Haarlem

Ceremony and party at an estate 25 km west of Amsterdam. The couple goes in the S-Class, 14 guests in a Sprinter that leaves the hotel at 13:00 and returns at 00:30.

Small wedding abroad, guests from Schiphol

Guests fly in on the Friday. The Sprinter collects them at Schiphol, the S-Class takes the couple to City Hall on Saturday, and the Sprinter brings everyone back to Schiphol on Sunday.
