Congresses, trade shows and festivals: Schiphol arrivals, shuttles and cars at disposal
Amsterdam hosts some of Europe's largest trade shows at the RAI, plus festivals that close half the city. We drive exhibitors, speakers and guests during these weeks: Schiphol arrivals, hotel to venue shuttles in the Sprinter (from €140 per hour) and cars at disposal for dinners and meetings. Below are the events we plan for every year.

How we plan event transport
Your dates and hotels
You send the event days, hotels and number of guests. Arrival flights if you have them.
A schedule
We propose which cars run when: Schiphol pick-ups, morning shuttles, evening runs.
A fixed price
One price for the whole event, VAT included, with the hours and vehicles listed.
One contact
During the event you have one phone number for all changes.
FAQ
Event transport questions
Do you run shuttles for conferences?
Yes. A Sprinter for up to 16 people, booked by the hour, running between hotels and the venue on your timetable.
How early should we book for a big event?
For congress weeks at the RAI, as soon as your dates are fixed. Cars for those weeks are booked well in advance.
Can one contact person handle all our cars?
Yes. For events with several vehicles you get one contact at our office for the whole booking.
