Chauffeur service for Money20/20 Europe
Schiphol arrivals, meetings between the RAI and Zuidas, and evening dinners in the city
Money20/20 Europe is the payments and fintech conference held every June at the RAI Amsterdam, Europaplein 24. It runs for three days, usually Tuesday to Thursday, and draws bank executives, founders and investors from across Europe and beyond. Most of the real business happens in side meetings: breakfasts in hotel lobbies, an hour at a fund office in Zuidas, a dinner on the canals. We drive those gaps. The RAI is 14 km from Schiphol and about 5 minutes from Zuidas by car. An S-Class costs €95 per hour, VAT included.

The event
Why a car makes sense during Money20/20
The conference halls are at the RAI, but a lot of the people you want to see are not. Banks, payment companies and investment funds have their Amsterdam offices in Zuidas, one stop south of the RAI. Others sit on the Herengracht or near Amstel station. A typical delegate has four or five meetings a day in three different places.
You can walk from the RAI to Zuidas in about 25 minutes. In a suit, in June, between two meetings, most people would rather not. Taxis queue at the RAI exit when sessions end, and the wait grows around 17:00 when the halls empty. With a car at disposal the chauffeur waits outside each address and you go straight to the next one.
June is also high season for Amsterdam hotels. Rooms close to the RAI fill up early, so plenty of delegates stay in the city centre or further out. From the canal ring to the RAI is 15–25 minutes by car, more in the morning rush.
What we usually arrange
- Schiphol arrivals. The chauffeur meets you at the Meeting Point in Schiphol Plaza and drives you to your hotel or straight to the RAI. A fixed transfer from Schiphol to Zuidas costs €115 in an S-Class.
- Car at disposal for the day. An S-Class for one executive or a V-Class for a small delegation, booked by the hour with a 3-hour minimum. Useful when your meeting list keeps changing.
- Team transport. A Sprinter for up to 16 people, for a company that brings a sales team and wants one morning run from the hotel and one evening run to dinner.
- Return to Schiphol. Booked for the last afternoon, with luggage collected from the hotel in the morning if you check out early.
Tell us where you are staying and roughly when your meetings are. We plan the car around that and adjust during the day when a meeting moves, which it often does.

That day is about 14 hours of disposal. Many clients book a morning block and an evening block instead, and use the conference hours in between without a car.

Money20/20 transport questions
When is Money20/20 Europe?
Every June at the RAI Amsterdam, over three days, usually Tuesday to Thursday. Check the official Money20/20 Europe website for the dates of the next edition.
How far is the RAI from Zuidas?
About 5 minutes by car and around 25 minutes on foot. That short distance is why many delegates book a car for the day and fit meetings in on both sides.
Can the chauffeur wait while I am in a meeting?
Yes. With hourly hire from €95 per hour for an S-Class, waiting time is included. The chauffeur parks nearby and picks you up when you call.
What does a Schiphol transfer to Zuidas cost?
A fixed one-way price of €115 in an S-Class or €105 in a V-Class, including VAT and 60 minutes of free waiting after landing.
Can you drive our whole team?
A V-Class takes up to 7 people and a Sprinter up to 16. For larger groups we combine vehicles and run them on one timetable.
